Hello!

Maybe you find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, or self-doubt. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by life's transitions, struggling with low self-esteem, or noticing that past experiences continue to impact your relationships. You may feel emotionally exhausted from trying to meet everyone's expectations, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of how to move forward. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools for managing life's challenges, and work toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions to support your goals while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen and heard.

I enjoy working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, codependency, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish so you can express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable.
