Individual Therapy
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply stuck, individual therapy offers a space to slow down, feel seen, and work through what’s been weighing you down. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and develop the skills to help you feel more centered, focused, and confident in managing life’s challenges.
Our services
Children & Teens
Helping young individuals process emotions, build self-awareness, and develop healthy coping skills.
I take a collaborative and developmentally-informed approach — building trust with your child while working closely with caregivers to support growth beyond the therapy room. Whether it’s emotional regulation, anxiety, behavior concerns, or life transitions, we’ll work together as a team to create real change.
ADHD & Anxiety
ADHD and anxiety often go hand in hand, creating cycles of overwhelm, self-doubt and emotional fatigue. We’ll work together to better understand how these patterns show up in your life and build strategies to manage them with more clarity and confidence.

Finding the right therapist is an important step - and it’s okay to ask questions before committing.
I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to help you get a feel for my approach and determine if we’re a good fit. This time is yours to briefly share what you’re seeking support for and ask any questions about the therapy process.
There’s no pressure or obligation - just a space to connect and see if working together feels right.

Please note: When using insurance for therapy services, a formal mental health diagnosis is required. This diagnosis will be documented and submitted to your insurance provider as part of the claims process, and it becomes part of your medical record.

50 Minute Individual Counseling Sessions - $125
50 Minute Family Counseling Sessions -$150
While self-pay means insurance is not billed directly, this may include meaningful benefits:
Why clients may choose self-pay:
More privacy - your records stay confidential and are not shared with insurance.
No diagnosis required - you don’t need a mental health diagnosis to receive care.
Greater flexibility - we can tailor sessions to your unique goals, not your insurance plan.
Need reimbursement?
I can provide a superbill (fancy receipt) upon request so you can seek out out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Notice: If you plan to submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement, please note that insurance companies require a formal mental health diagnosis to approve coverage. This diagnosis will become part of your official medical record.

I believe therapy should be accessible, and I understand that financial circumstances can be a barrier to care. Sliding scale services are available for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.
If you’re in need of a reduced rate, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to discuss options and see what might be possible.
Sliding scale availability is limited and offered based on need and scheduling capacity.
