  • Our sessions will be a space where you can be 100% yourself - no judgement, no pressure. We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on what feels most important and aligned with your goals.

  • That’s okay! You don’t need to have it all figured out. I’ll guide you through the process. We got this, together.

  • I use age-appropriate strategies while also supporting caregivers, because therapy works best when it’s a team effort. While confidentiality is key to building a strong therapeutic relationship, we’ll collaborate regularly- especially in the early stages - to reinforce what we’re working on and create consistency at home.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

    Late cancellation fee is $50.

    No-show fee is $125.

  • To maintain the integrity and safety of telehealth sessions:

    Sessions must take place in a private, quiet space - not in public areas or while driving.

    Driving during sessions is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of all clients.

    Recording sessions is not allowed.

    Protecting your privacy is a shared responsibility. Ensuring a safe environment helps create space for trust, connection, and real progress.
